Visiting your venue to ensure smooth running of your music. The chances are that you have either been recommended to us by a friend or your venue has referred to us. Over 85% of our business comes about through recommendation and repeat engagements. This close link with your venue is extremely important. Every place is different and can have a serious effect on the music played there. Some beautiful locations have restrictions on the music that can be performed live. We make it our business to know these things so you don’t need to. We’ll visit if we don’t already know your hotel, talk to your marquee installer, confirm all the necessary details. All the music on this website is recommended by Chris so you have the peace of mind that everything you add to your shortlist has already taken into account talent, presentation, experience – all these factors must be just right for your event. And you are invited to ask Chris for advice at any time without obligation if you have any questions. Nothing Left To Chance. We have a thing about this. Everything we arrange must be right. For this reason we check details not once but three times as a routine. You can rely on us to contact you well before the date to check things through again, with you and with your venue. And in the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example, illness, we replace the musicians booked, at the same fees, in consultation with you. It’s all part of our service. No Deposit. When you book our music, we will email your agreement for approval and that’s it. There is nothing to pay until one calendar month before performance. Public liability. For your peace of mind, we have issued guidelines to all our band leaders regarding the need for public liability insurance. The same goes for Portable Appliance Testing. Follow up.
